Delivery
- We deliver all over Egypt.
- Cairo and Giza: 2 to 3 days. Other governorates: 2 to 5 days.
- Delivery days exclude weekends and holidays.
When your order arrives
- Inspect your order on receipt.
- If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away so we can fix it.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, with the product in its original condition and the tag attached.
- An exchange is not placed as a new order. Message us and we arrange it.
Returns & refunds
- Request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The piece must be unused and unworn, with all tags and its original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
- Once your request is accepted we send a courier to collect it. Products sent back without a request are not accepted.
- Approved refunds go to your wallet or InstaPay account, up to 3 days after we receive the package.
- Discounted items cannot be returned.
